What You Can Expect

Worship Services

We gather each week to worship our Creator and encourage one another (Hebrews 10:24-25). On Sundays we follow the same simple pattern that the NT Christians followed. If you choose to visit with us, you will find us doing the following every Lord's Day:

- Give to the Lord as He has prospered us (1 Corinthians 16:1-2).

- Remember our Christ's death and resurrection in the Lord's Supper (Matthew 26:26-29; Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29).

- Pray (Acts 2:42; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; 1 Timothy 2:1-4).

- Sing (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16).

- Preach the Word (Acts 2:42; 20:7; 2 Timothy 4:2).

The pattern for worship services is based solely on the Word of God. We do not seek to entertain or to stir people into an emotional frenzy. Our only desire is to honor and glorify God in all that we do. This includes addressing the problem of sin and exhorting men to submit to the Savior (Romans 3:23; Hebrews 5:9). We simply trust in the gospel as God's power unto salvation (Romans 1:16).
